5）以色列通报SI900第2.76部分－家用和类似用途电器－安全：电围栏增能器的特殊要求 G/TBT/N/ISR/1056
内容简述: 涉及电围栏增能器的现有标准SI900第2.76部分的要求应声明为强制要求。本声明与保护人类安全的强制标准化目标一致。 本标准采用了国际标准IEC60335-2-76版本2.2：2013-05。标准的希伯来语部分包括以下国家标准的差异： 1.更改了国际标准IEC60335-1的引用，适用以色列强制标准SI900第1部分（国家通用备注）; 2.修订了标准引用（第2款）; 3.增加了一个涉及额定值的新的第201款，并适用以色列的强制标准SI900第1部分（如适用）; 4.增加了一个涉及EMC的新的第202款，并适用以色列的强制标准SI900第1部分（如适用）; 5.增加了一个涉及噪声水平的新的第203款，并适用于以色列的强制标准SI900第1部分（如适用）。

Description of content: The requirements of the existing standard, SI 900 part 2.76, dealing with Electric fence energizers, shall be declared mandatory. This declaration is in line with the mandatory standardization objective to protect human safety.
This standard adopts the International Standard IEC 60335-2-76 Edition 2.2: 2013-05. The standard's Hebrew section includes the following national deviations:
• Changes the references to the International Standard IEC 60335-1 and applies instead Israel's mandatory Standard SI 900 part 1 (General national remark);
• Changes the normative references (paragraph 2);
• Adds a new paragraph 201 dealing with rated values and applies Israel's mandatory Standard SI 900 part 1, where applicable;
• Adds a new paragraph 202 dealing with EMC and applies Israel's mandatory Standard SI 900 part 1, where applicable;
Adds a new paragraph 203 dealing with the noise level and applies instead Israel's mandatory Standard SI 900 part 1, where applicable.

内容简述: 本技术法规规定了以下类型的电压750V、用于电力和照明的非铠装固定布线用铜导线聚氯乙烯（PVC）绝缘电缆的要求、取样计划、合格标准、标志和包装： a）单芯（未加护套）; b）单芯（护套）; c）圆形双芯、三芯和四芯（护套）; d）带或不带接地导线的扁平双头电缆（护套）; e）扁平三芯（护套）。 覆盖的产品：聚氯乙烯（PVC）绝缘电缆。ICS: 29.060.20,29.060 HS: 8544.4221

Description of content: This technical regulation prescribes the requirements, sampling plan, criteria for conformity, marking and packing for the following types of unarmored PVC insulated cables with copper conductor for electric power and lightning for voltage up to and including 750V to be used for fixed wiring purposes:
a) Single core (Unsheathed);
b) Single core (Sheathed);
c) Circular twin, three and four core (Sheathed);
d) Flat twin with or without earth continuity conductor (Sheathed);
e) Flat three core (Sheathed).

The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu would like to notify that the "Registration of Safety Information for Robots and Robotic Devices, and Sawing Machines for Cold Metal under the Occupational Safety and Health Act" as per G/TBT/N/TPKM/378 on 28 May 2019, will come into effect on 1 September 2019 as no objection was received.
