美国ITC正式对具有视频功能的笔记本电脑、台式计算机、手持式计算机、平板电脑、电视、投影仪及其组件和模块启动337调查

2025年5月13日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定具有视频功能的笔记本电脑、台式计算机、手持式计算机、平板电脑、电视、投影仪及其组件和模块（Certain Video-Capable Laptop, Desktop Computers, Handheld Computers, Tablets, Televisions, Projectors, and Components and Modules Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1448）。

2025年4月11日，芬兰Nokia Technologies Oy of Finland、芬兰Nokia Corporation of Finland向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号9,036,701、10,536,714、11,805,267、8,050,321），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

美国Acer America Corporation of San Jose, CA、中国台湾地区Acer Inc. of Taiwan、中国台湾地区ASUSTeK Computer Inc. of Taiwan、美国ASUS Computer International of Fremont, CA、中国山东Hisense Co., Ltd. of China海信集团有限公司、美国Hisense USA Corporation of Suwanee, GA、美国Hisense Electronics Manufacturing Company of America Corporation of Suwanee, GA为列名被告。

美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。
